About the Project 

Since 2007, with the financial support from the Formosa Plastic Group, the Yunlin Second Prison, Agency of Corrections, Ministry of Justice conducted the Rainbow Project. The related courses and activities benefited the inmates with HIV significantly through excellent achievements. The courses focused on three aspects: physical and medical conditions, psychological counseling, and skill training. Consequently, inmates were given new opportunities after being discharged from prison, enabling them to contribute to the harmonious development of the society and their own wellbeing. Hopefully, inmates with HIV will live new lives after they are discharged.
