This prison is subordinate to the Ministry of Justice. The prison has a superintendent, who is assisted by a deputy superintendent possessing the selected rank, the highest in the three-rank system of public service, and a secretarial chief. The deputy superintendent assists the superintendent in administering the prison affairs.Whereas, the secretarial chief is responsible for reviewing official memos and documents. Under the command of the superintendent, there are six sections and four offices. The six sections are respectively in charge of investigation and classification, rehabilitation and education, business,sanitation and health, guard and control, and general affair. The four offices are the offices of personnel, accounting, statistics, and government ethics.
