2.Mission The goal of skill training is to enable the inmates to obtain professional skills, so that they can seek employment after being discharged, allowing them to contribute to the society. 
3.Strategy Insist on the principle of skill training as the means to achieve the goals of actual practices. We work toward the goals of promoting actual practices to elevate the products’ quality.

Snapshot of Skill Training 

Participate in various kinds of courses to allow the inmates to learn life skills in order to increase their employment rate and cultivate their diligence. When they are released, they will be able to adapt to the life in society. 

Participate in traditional craft training courses by integrating resources in the society and practical skills. This will help promote their confidence for employment, so that the inmates can enter the job market as soon as they are released. This will also shorten the time for the employment adaptation period, accomplishing the goal of skill training.
