Institutional History – Yunlin Second Prison, Agency of Corrections, Ministry of Justice The predecessor of Yunlin Second Prison was the Taiwan Yunlin Detention Center, originally located at No. 42, Mingzheng Road, Huwei Township, Yunlin County.
